How long is the pop-up shop open?

This is an example pop-up shop and your orders will not be processed. Typically a pop-up shop is open for two weeks to gather the orders.

What happens after I place my order?

We will be collecting all orders before placing a bulk order with the factory. Once the website closes, we will collect all the data, produce the items, and ship your order directly to the address provided.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders will be processed, produced, and kitted before shipping. They will ship out of Kirkland, WA. Once your package is ready, it will take 2-5 weeks to deliver depending on where you are located globally.

Can I order more than one gift package?

You will only be allowed to place one order. Once your first order has been placed you will not be able to order another one.

What if I order apparel and it does not fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. These items are made to order so please check the sizing guide in the swag store before placing your order.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Email Pop-up Sample Help to determine if you can change your order. Items will be ordered from the factory in the exact quantities ordered from the pop-up shop. Depending on where the items are in production will determine if you are able to make any changes to your order or not.
